full moon luna llena

It was no surprise that I went out last night in the light of the full moon.
I had just finished my website following many frustrating moments, and the moon celebrated with me.  I did not know there would be a full moon.
I went out to the jacuzzi exactly at 9PM when the moon was rising.
Sitting in the hot water, my hair kissed by the cool breezes of the Colorado night, I saw the light of the moon peeking behind the pine trees.
I sat there until the moon rose. She was playing hard to get, hiding at times behind the trees, other times behind the stubborn clouds.
It was peaceful.  I could hear the far away sounds of cars and the sometimes annoying horn of the train.
Solitaria.  But the moon shone like a lone pearl on the bottom of the sea.  She enveloped me with its tender light, kept me company. She told me that there is still love and peace in the world and that everything has a solution.  That my dream will come true.  That I will publish.
At 4:38 AM, her light shone through my window so brightly that I was awakened.  Covered by her soft blanket, I fell asleep with a smile.

so, yes it may be a bit longer because the English language has a much larger vocabulary and tends to be written more directly, while in Spanish we beat around the bush a lot.....that is why we think the romance languages are so much more poetic, but the truth is, there are not enough words to say what we need to say, so we go about it the more roundabout way, which sounds more poetic....good question!
